 All of our featured properties can be purchased on a quitclaim deed.  This means that you can take control of our properties without having to pay property tax at close, high closing costs, or huge Title Company Fees.  When you purchase one of our homes, we’ll record a deed for the home of your choosing with the corresponding city records.  You’ll receive a recorded, certified copy of the deed which lists you on title of the property.  To purchase a property online, simply click the “Buy Now” button next to any property you are interested in.  You’ll be asked for your full name as it appears on your driver’s license or valid state I.D., marital status and home address.
