David Ehrlichman, is the Founder and President of the Customer First Homes Family of Companies. David has built the business from his first deal in 2002 where he started with a $10 investment that has grown to what Customer First Homes is today. David has developed a business model that has been extremely successful in all real estate market conditions, and is passionate about seeing others succeed and helping people acheive their vision. David attained his BBA from Michigan State University and resides in Southfield, Mi where he enjoys time with friends, reading and working out.

Kevin M. Kaczmarek is the Chief Operations Officer and serves as CFO for the Customer First Homes Family of Companies. Kevin has an extensive career of developing businesses and the systems needed to grow a business. His passion for helping individuals create wealth for retirement drives him each day to make the business better. Kevin attained his MBA from Walsh College and resides in West Bloomfield, Mi where he enjoys playing poker and working out.

Bryan Kolin is the Chief Acquisitions Officer for Customer First Homes, LLC. Bryan's long standing relationship with the business from the ground up has allowed him the opportunity to best understand our acquisition market for buying assets with the customer in mind. Bryan currently resides in Dearborn, and enjoys golfing and traveling.

Jonathan Deisler is the construction & property manager for Customer First Homes, LLC. He has been with the company since 2008. Jonathan’s philosophy is to manage your property professionally, economically and efficiently. He understands that an investor or owner needs a company they can trust and get the job done quickly. Jonathan currently lives in Dearborn and enjoys golfing and playing cards.

Susan DeFrank is the office manager for Customer First Homes, LLC, as well as the bookkeeper.  Susan has over 17 years of experience in the title business. Sue joined Customer First Homes in 2007.  Sue is a single mother and enjoys time with her family and bowling.

Pat Canfield is the marketing coordinator for Customer First Homes, LLC. He is your point person with pertinent information about our properties and making Customer First Homes a trusted name in real estate. Along with marketing Pat is also the closing coordinator; his main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every deal by giving accurate information to buyers by walking them step by step through the closing process. In his spare time he tries his best to enjoy himself on the golf course and is part of a weekly dart team.

Ethan Wilkinson is a Seller's Agent for Customer First Homes, LLC. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and a minor in Economics. Ethan grew up in the Detroit area, and loves working in the Detroit real estate industry. He takes pride in providing clients with distinguishing customer service.  Ethan’s systematic approach to working with homeowners, investors, and agents is the foundation for encompassing upon his aspirations in real estate.

Ryan Wilkinson is a Seller's Agent for Customer First Homes, LLC. He believes Metro Detroit provides THE greatest real estate investment opportunities in the country today.  His dynamic approach to investing has helped hundreds of clients achieve their investment objectives while creating viable solutions to their financial problems.  Ryan and the team have raised the industry standard for customer service which is at the center of our business philosophy.  My unique professional experience has allowed me to develop expertise in all areas of real estate investment.
